Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator for the Crown Heights clinic in Brooklyn. As a Care Coordinator you will ensure patients feel welcomed, manage appointment flow, and respond to calls and emails promptly to provide a seamless patient experience.

You will guide patients through the out-of-network process, collaborate with a friendly team, and uphold a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and maintain a welcoming environment for patients and team members.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure smooth flow of appointments.
