The Care Coordinator will deliver 5-star customer service, collaborate with the team, and contribute to a community-focused care environment.

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
• Greet patients with a welcoming attitude and deliver 5-star customer service.
• Support patient care by ensuring smooth appointment flow.
