Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Upper East Side location on E 89th St. You will welcome patients, help manage appointment flow, and respond to calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.

You will guide patients through our out-of-network experience, deliver 5-star service, and help build a collaborative, community-oriented environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by welcoming patients and guiding appointment flow.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience.
• Execute 5-star customer service.
