Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our W 57th Street clinic in New York. You will welcome patients, manage call and email responses within tight timeframes, and guide patients through our out-of-network experience with a 5-star service mindset.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, team spirit, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow. BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.

• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Greet patients and guide them through the out-of-network experience with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and maintain a collaborative environment.
• Support patient care by ensuring smooth flow of appointments.
