Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join our team at the Downtown Brooklyn – City Point clinic. You will support patient care by ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued while managing appointment flow.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team‑oriented disposition.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling appointment flow.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through our out‑of‑network experience and greet each patient who enters the clinic with a smile.
• Execute 5‑star customer service and foster a collaborative spirit so everyone receives the care and support they need.
