Responsibilities include timely responses to calls and emails, guiding patients through the out-of-network experience, and delivering 5-star customer service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative team environment.
