Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy seeks a qualified Care Coordinator for our Barclays Center clinic in Prospect Heights. You will support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while coordinating appointment flow and timely responses to calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Hospitable, welcoming and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
• Greet patients entering the clinic with a smile and provide 5-star customer service.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to ensure patient care and support.
