Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Upper East Side location in Manhattan. You will help patients feel welcomed and valued while managing appointment flow and rapid response to calls and emails.

Responsibilities include guiding patients through out-of-network experience, greeting patients with a smile, and delivering 5-star customer service to build a welcoming, collaborative clinic community.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
• Greet patients entering the clinic with a smile and provide 5-star service.
