Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Oklahoma City to be the first contact for patients and visitors, guiding them through front desk operations and workflows. You will ensure a positive, seamless experience from check-in to checkout.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, basic data-entry skills, and a patient-focused approach. A high school diploma is required, with clinic front desk training provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential for interacting with patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in entering patient information, scheduling appointments, and processing documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
