Job summary

Mercy Health System is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage front desk operations to ensure a positive, seamless patient experience and support privacy and confidentiality throughout interactions.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Training in Clinic Core Front Desk is provided post-hire, with opportunities to grow within Mercy’s patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (data entry and word processing).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure.
• Discretion and maintaining patient privacy are paramount.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
