Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in/out patients at the front desk.
• Provide patient support via phone, email, or portal for billing and scheduling.
• Assist with telehealth access and portal troubleshooting.
• Manage queues and ensure timely call handling for service excellence.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to maintain a smooth front-office workflow.
