Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR software; HIPAA privacy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients at front desk.
• Provide courteous front desk support for in-person and telehealth visits.
• Assist with scheduling, payments, and insurance questions.
• Manage phone queues and patient communications via portal, email, and phone.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and document management.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and office supplies.
