Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Experience with front desk duties and patient scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients courteously at the front desk.
• Coordinate scheduling, paperwork, and patient demographics.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and patient portal issues.
• Manage phone queues and ensure calls are answered promptly.
• Provide high-quality customer service and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and document accordingly.
