Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients in a courteous manner.
• Manage front desk duties and phone queues to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and portal issues as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays and balances.
• Provide exceptional customer service and crisis de-escalation when necessary.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize documents and mail.
