Qualifications

• GED or High School level of education, required.
• Associate's degree, preferred
• At least one year of work history, required.
• Experience in general administration, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Patients: welcome and assist patients as they enter the physician practice.
• Phone Management: answer office phones, schedule appointments, address inquiries.
• Patient Registration: check in patients, input demographics, verify insurance.
• Check-Out Assistance: assist with referrals and scheduling future appointments.
