Neurology Care is seeking a Medical Receptionist to deliver exceptional patient service, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain accurate records. • 1 year of medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, greeting them courteously and efficiently.
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect copayments, and update patient information and referrals.
• Manage patient check-in on clinical schedule and Phreesia; ensure accurate charting and documentation.
• Ensure patient paperwork is completed and properly filed, including HIPAA forms and ABNs as needed.
• Maintain organized reception and management stations for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and safe environment.
