Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in treatment rooms and resolve complex patient problems.
• Perform administrative tasks: check-out, schedule appointments, handle referrals, and review medical records.
• Obtain insurance authorizations or verify prior authorizations and assist with denials/appeals.
• Process EMR/EHR scanning and Right Fax uploads to EPIC.
• Assist with training new team members using standard work.
• Act as Patient Services Representative or Associate when needed.
