Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school (based on Corewell Health entity and department).
• 1 year of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related experience.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients/visitors as concierge.
• Handle clerical tasks: phones, scheduling, mail, orders, registration reports, and identify health maintenance gaps; log calls in EPIC.
• Register/check-in/out patients and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain patient records in EPIC; perform basic EMR/EHR scanning.
• Participate in safety initiatives and complete required safety competencies.
