Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to document patient calls in EHR for routing/resolution.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with patients or visitors; collect payments and co-payments.
• Handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling and mailing.
• Register patients and check-in; verify demographics and insurance information.
• Assist patients with kiosk registration and check-out; schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain medical records and upload documents into EPIC; perform EMR scanning.
