Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and handle complex patient queries during registration.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, procedures, and review medical records.
• Obtain or verify insurance authorizations and assist with denials/appeals.
• Perform EMR/EHR scanning and EPIC-related tasks.
• Train new team members and support safety initiatives.
