Formación

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple providers.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and coordinate flow through the department.
• Register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and process time-of-service payments.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups; prepare requisitions for tests as applicable.
