Job summary

Claremedica Health Partners LLC is seeking a Patient Care Concierge to be the first point of contact for patients at our Miami center. You will greet patients, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and coordinate with medical staff to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of work experience in medical clinic or customer service preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills; professional demeanor.
