Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Register new patients and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Answer phone calls professionally and take accurate messages.
• Maintain and organize the clinic schedule; confirm appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; collect copays.
• Process faxes and scan documents into the EMR system.
• Restock supplies and keep the front area neat and tidy.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and participate in daily huddles.
