Job summary

Claremedica Health Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Concierge to be the first point of contact for patients at our Florida centers. You will greet visitors, manage registrations, check-ins/outs, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth front office operations and exceptional patient care.

The role requires 1 year in a medical clinic or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems. Local travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or customer service.
• BLS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and courteous communication with employees, patients, and others.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; manage front office operations.
• Answer phones professionally and take detailed messages.
• Schedule, register, check-in, and check-out patients; verify demographics and insurance.
• Maintain provider schedules; coordinate with medical staff for patient care.
• Process documents, EMR entries, fax handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information; participate in daily huddles.
• Support performance of end-of-day reconciliation and service recovery as needed.
