Claremedica is seeking a Patient Care Concierge to be the first contact for patients, delivering exceptional service and coordinating front-office operations. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect insurance details, and support medical staff to ensure smooth patient care.

The role emphasizes professional communication, accuracy in data handling, and adherence to HIPAA requirements. This position is based in Florida and involves occasional local travel as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of medical clinic or customer service experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organization.
• Professional and courteous communication with patients and staff.
• Able to communicate in English; bilingual a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA/AHCA experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
• Greet and assist patients; check-in/check-out and registration.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; manage the front office.
• Answer calls professionally; take detailed messages.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; collect copays.
• Maintain and organize the provider schedules.
• Process daily reconciliations and report cash as needed.
• Operate the EMR system and handle documents and faxes.
