Claremedica Health Partners in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking a Patient Care Concierge to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, manage registrations, check-ins/outs, and coordinate with medical staff to deliver excellent patient care.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with daily interaction in a busy clinical setting. Travel locally up to 10% may be needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and/ or experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic desired or prior customer service experience.
• BLS preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, time management skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with employees, patients, and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner.
• Mindset focused on resolving problems for patients and achieving team goals.
• Knowledge of medical products, terminology, services, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to act calmly in busy or stressful situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products; must type at least 40 WPM.
• Reading, writing and speaking English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
• Greet every guest that enters our center.
• Prepare new patient registration, patient check-in, and patient check-out.
• Answer all phone calls professionally and courteously, taking detailed and accurate messages.
• Maintain and organize the Provider’s schedule by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments for patients.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect any copays or balances before visits.
• Ensure proper appointment types and run end-of-day reconciliation reports.
• Scan documents into the EMR system and handle incoming faxes.
• Restock office supplies and maintain front office cleanliness.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients’ personal information and participate in huddles.
