Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors as a concierge.
• Perform clerical tasks including answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing mail and supplies, and handling registration reports.
• Register patients, verify demographics and insurance; assist with self-registration and arrival; schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain patient records and upload documents into EPIC; basic EMR/EHR scanning.
• Participate in safety initiatives and complete required safety competencies.
