Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors as the concierge, providing courteous service.
• Handles registration, check-in/out, and scheduling using decision trees when applicable.
• Documents calls and interactions in the EHR for routing and resolution.
• Maintains patient records and performs basic EMR/EHR scanning.
• Supports safety initiatives and adheres to quality guidelines.
