Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification or higher, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, identify needs, and inform about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
