Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth transition from our clinical services team to the retail environment. In this role you will be the friendly first touchpoint, helping patients feel welcome and informed while supporting the store's operations and PEG standards.

You will greet patients, answer inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with issue resolution, and help maintain confidential patient records

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Passion for customer satisfaction and proactive problem solving

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify needs
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and status of orders
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA-compliant
