Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to be the first touchpoint in our on-site store, delivering exceptional patient service and smooth flow between clinical and retail teams.

You will greet patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and support both clinical and retail operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Optical experience is a plus, with a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive with problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team members to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients entering the store and identify needs to guide product and service choices.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and secure per HIPAA.
