Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to serve as the friendly first touchpoint in our on-site store, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding patients through available products and services.

You will support PEG clinical staff, ensure HIPAA-compliant records, greet patients, schedule appointments, and help run smooth store operations with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or advanced certification.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address concerns.
• Results-driven with multitasking and flexibility.
• Schedule flexibility; hours depend on business needs.
• Enjoy working with technology; interest in innovations.
• Optical experience a plus.
