The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service in healthcare or eye care, strong communication, and a passion for patient satisfaction. Optical exposure is a plus; we offer a supportive environment and career growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification or enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups; positive demeanor and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Interest in technology; optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to meet store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and inform them about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with order status and resolutions.
• Maintain brand standards and HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Support clinical and retail processes under PEG supervision; meet PEG goals.
