Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to serve as the critical first touchpoint in our on-site store, delivering excellent patient service while coordinating with clinical staff. The role supports both the retail and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with product and service promotions, scheduling, and maintaining patient records securely in our HIPAA-compliant system.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and promote products/services.
• Assist management with patient inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; liaise between retail and clinical teams.
• Maintain patient records confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
