Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding patient service and smooth clinical-to-retail transitions. You will greet patients, identify needs, and guide them through available products and services, ensuring an easy and memorable experience.

You will work with PEG doctors and store staff to meet daily goals, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and help patients select products while fostering a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem solving and able to handle concerns.
• Flexible schedule and ability to multitask in a team.
• Interest in technology; optical experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and meet store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services.
• Answer inquiries and collect information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and order status.
