Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.

• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and clinical teams and promote products and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist with patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient records confidentially and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support clinical operations by ensuring timely lab work and order fulfillment.
