Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at the store, acting as the meaningful first touchpoint and coordinating flow between clinical and retail teams. You will support patient experiences with product information, scheduling, and issue resolution in a fast-paced optical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Schedule flexibility; work hours determined by business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about current innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with other team members to accomplish store goals, clinical metrics and initiatives.
• Greet patients as they enter the store, identify needs, and provide information about products and services.
• Answer customer inquiries and gather necessary information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform the status of pending orders.
• Ensure brand standards and perform basic housekeeping when necessary.
• Maintain patient records confidential and secure per HIPAA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
