Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient care and assist the store team with clinical and retail duties. You will greet patients, explain products and services, and help coordinate care between clinical and retail teams in an on-site store location.

Candidates should have an associate degree or higher certification, 2+ years of customer service, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A associate's degree or higher certification, or enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs; optical experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, greeting patients and identifying needs.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and track order status.
• Ensure brand standards and perform basic housekeeping.
• Maintain patient records securely per HIPAA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
