Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring Doctor Technicians to deliver outstanding customer service at the store level and support clinical transitions between services and retail teams. You will help create an exceptional patient experience while coordinating with clinical staff and the retail team to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, strong multitasking abilities, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/clients and identify needs to facilitate sales and promotions.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information and records.
• Assist with scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Support lab and front-desk tasks to ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Achieve store metrics and contribute to customer satisfaction.
