Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and support the clinical-to-retail transition in our stores. You will greet patients, assist with product promotions, and help ensure a smooth, friendly patient experience across retail and clinical touchpoints.

The role includes clinical duties under PEG supervision such as pre-testing, contact lens care, and chart accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with needs to ensure a positive, memorable experience.
• Support clinical-to-retail transition and coordinate with team for smooth workflow.
• Assist with appointments, product promotions, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
