Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient service at our on-site store location. You will help transition patients from clinical services to retail, promoting products and services while maintaining a positive patient experience.

The role requires at least 1+ year of customer service in a clinical or retail setting, strong communication, and basic Microsoft Office skills. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental coverage and paid time off.

• Minimum 1+ year delivering customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and foster a strong store partnership.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and promote products/services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist management with issue resolution.
• Maintain patient records securely in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Assist with lens handling and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
