Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide exceptional customer service at the point of contact in our store. You will facilitate sales, support the clinical services team, and help ensure a smooth patient experience from entry to eyewear delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and present available products and services.

• Schedule and enter patient history, perform pre-tests and objective exams.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and manage status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with in-lab duties and repairs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses and accurate order fulfillment.
