Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, provide outstanding customer service, facilitate sales, and support a smooth flow between clinical services and retail teams.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced store environment; candidates should have an associate degree or higher and 2+ years of customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher education and/or relevant certification.
• Minimum 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Empathetic, patient-focused approach.
• Team-oriented with ability to multitask in a busy store.
• Proactive problem solving and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and assist with sales.
• Foster a partnership between retail and clinical services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient data, perform pre-tests as required.
• Assist with patient complaints and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and support eyewear preparation and delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and report equipment issues.
