Stanton Optical is seeking an energetic Doctor’s Technician to help deliver an exceptional patient experience in our fast-growing optical centers. You will greet customers, gather information for sales, and ensure smooth handoffs between retail and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients.
• Proactive problem solving and handling concerns or objections.
• Collaborative spirit and respectful relationships with team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote services available.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, enter patient history and test results.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards in lab and store areas; report malfunctions.
• Edge stock lenses and ensure timely, accurate customer orders.
• Support delivery commitments to patients and assist with any duties as needed.
