Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a patient-focused Doctor’s Technician to greet customers, facilitate sales, and coordinate between retail and clinical services. You will provide excellent customer service and help create a smooth patient journey from entry to service completion.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a commitment to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people; active listening and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and customers on entry, identify needs and promote available products/services.
• Foster partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and document patient history and test results in the system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep customers informed on status.
