Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician-like role focused on delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating sales. You’ll be the friendly first touchpoint, help coordinate retail and clinical services, and support a smooth patient experience in-store.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or relevant certification.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Strong communication and active listening with diverse groups.
• Empathetic, proactive, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Collaborative, results-driven and able to multitask in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and input patient history in the system.
• Assist with problem resolution and communicate progress to management.
• Maintain brand standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Handle simple repairs and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems.
• Meet delivery times and support customer satisfaction.
