Stanton Optical is hiring a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding patient service and drive sales at our on-site store. You will work closely with Brand and Clinical teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care. Prior customer service in healthcare is valued, with a focus on accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, scheduling, problem-solving, and contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere while advancing clinical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or higher certification beyond high school is required or you may be enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients/customers is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interactions with patients and team members.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and customers and identify their needs to ensure a positive experience and promote products/services.
• Coordinate with Brand Manager and Clinical Field Trainer to meet operational and clinical goals.
• Support clinical operations by following PEG guidelines, ensuring patient records are accurate and confidential.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with patient issue resolution and order status.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping to ensure a clean, welcoming store environment.
