Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service to patients and to facilitate a smooth transition between clinical and retail teams. The role supports sales, pre-tests and basic eye procedures, while coordinating with both retail and clinical services for a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and assist with sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system; perform pre-tests and basic eye procedures.
• Support management with patient concerns and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping in store and lab areas.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems; comply with company policies.
