Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a customer-focused Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, assist with in-store services, and support the seamless flow between retail and clinical teams.

You will help schedule appointments, perform basic pre-tests, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining brand standards. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing optical retailer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, building rapport, and empathizing with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and collect patient information for pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and inform on job status.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite eyeglass delivery.
• Monitor lab standards and report equipment or order issues to management.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure timely service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
