Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking an enthusiastic Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, facilitate sales, and bridge retail with professional services. You will ensure a smooth patient flow, perform pre-tests, and help guide customers to the right eyewear solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Collaborative spirit while working with a team.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote available products/services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient history; perform pre-tests.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and update status of jobs.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping in the store.
• Process lens edging, assemble frames, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor delivery times to meet customer expectations and orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
